If you request a sample or receive an email from us, we process: your work email, agency website, service and niche information you provide, and correspondence. Legal basis: steps at your request prior to a contract (form) and legitimate interest in relevant B2B communication (outreach). We contact business role addresses about matters relevant to your business only.
Our lists contain publicly available business information about online stores (store name, URL, platform, publicly published business contact details, and factual observations about publicly visible website characteristics). We do not collect consumer data, sensitive data, or anything behind a login. We never sell personal mailbox addresses (e.g. gmail.com) as outreach contacts.
You can object to processing, request access, correction or deletion at any time: reply to any of our emails or write to hello@tryproofleads.com. Objections are honored within 24 hours and added to a permanent suppression list — including removal from future product deliveries. EU/UK residents additionally hold all GDPR/UK-GDPR rights, including complaint to a supervisory authority.
We use Vercel (hosting), FormSubmit (form relay), Instantly (email), and Stripe (payments) as processors under their standard data processing terms. We retain prospect data while commercially relevant and delete on request.
