ProofLeads delivers lists of business prospects compiled from publicly available information, enriched with AI-detected, spot-verified observations ("evidence") and suggested outreach copy. Delivery is digital (CSV/spreadsheet) within the stated turnaround.
Contact emails are verification-checked before delivery. If more than 3% of delivered emails hard-bounce, we replace the affected rows free of charge. Evidence describes publicly visible website characteristics at the time of compilation; websites change, and we refresh evidence in subscription plans.
You may use the data only for lawful B2B outreach and must comply with the laws applicable to you and your recipients (including GDPR, PECR, CAN-SPAM, CASL, the Australian Spam Act). You may not resell or redistribute the lists. You are responsible for your own outreach content and sending practices.
One-off lists are charged via Stripe on order. Subscriptions renew monthly and can be cancelled anytime, effective at the end of the paid period. Replacement of excess bounces is the exclusive remedy for data quality issues.
Evidence and copy suggestions are AI-generated with automated and sampled human-grade review; they are provided "as is" as sales intelligence, not as guarantees of prospect behavior or of complete accuracy. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the preceding 3 months.
